Official T-Shirt Unveiled as City Gears Up for Lucknow Run 2025

Lucknow – With just weeks to go for the much-awaited Lucknow Run 2025, the city’s running community came together to kick off the celebrations in style. On Monday, the official T-shirt of the seventh edition was unveiled, further fuelling the buzz for the run scheduled on November 2.

The unveiling ceremony was led by senior IPS officer and Additional Director General (Technical Services), Naveen Arora, who extended his support to the initiative aimed at promoting health and fitness across all age groups. The event was attended by runners and fitness enthusiasts from every corner of the city, marking an important milestone in the build-up to race day.

A Celebration of Fitness and Unity

The atmosphere at the venue was electric, with runners proudly donning the newly revealed T-shirts and raising a collective cheer for what is now one of Lucknow’s largest community fitness movements. The event was not just about fashioning a symbol for the run, but also reaffirming the spirit of participation and shared purpose.

Speaking on the occasion, Man Singh Goel, chief organiser of the Lucknow Run and a key force behind the event, expressed gratitude to the runners and partners who have supported the run’s growth over the years. Sarvesh Goel, Chairman of GD Goenka Public School Lucknow, also addressed the gathering, thanking all participants and encouraging even greater turnout and enthusiasm this year.

An Appeal to the City

Both Goel and Arora urged citizens to join the initiative, not just as runners, but as ambassadors of health, discipline, and civic pride. The Lucknow Run has, over the years, transformed from a simple footrace into a full-fledged celebration of community-driven wellness.

Runners from all walks of life – students, professionals, senior citizens, and fitness clubs – were present at the unveiling, which served as a symbolic start to the race month. The T-shirt itself, featuring updated branding for the 2025 edition, will now become a unifying emblem for participants.
